Welcome to HighAir Expeditions. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our website or services.

1. Who We Are?

HighAir Expeditions organizes and operates trekking and climbing expeditions in multiple countries around the world. Our team includes expert guides, professional support staff, and trusted local partners in each destination.

2. When These Terms Apply?
These Terms apply when:

To reserve your spot in a group, a staged payment plan applies:

  • Stage 1: Deposit (amount specified per trip) to secure your spot;

  • Stage 2: Additional payment due no later than 45 days prior to departure;

  • Stage 3: Final balance is payable upon arrival at the destination country.

Payments may be made in USD, EUR, or local currency depending on the destination. Specific amounts and currency will be indicated in your trip proposal. Bank transfer fees and other transaction costs are the responsibility of the client. Final trip details are only confirmed upon receipt of the full amount due.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for a complete breakdown. Summary:

  • 60+ days before departure: 15% cancellation fee;

  • 45–59 days: 30% cancellation fee;

  • 30–44 days: 50% cancellation fee;

  • 15–29 days: 80% cancellation fee;

Flexible Credit Option: Instead of canceling, you may choose to postpone your trip. We’ll keep your deposit as a lifetime credit with HighAir, which can be applied to any future expedition. No rebooking fees apply, but future price differences may apply.

5. Changes by You or Us

We strive to accommodate itinerary adjustments when possible. All changes are subject to availability and additional costs. HighAir may change routes or dates due to weather, safety, or logistics.

9. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations relevant to the destination country. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date and have sufficient blank pages for visas.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others, our staff, or local communities.
